Cashier/Indoor Retail Sales Associate
The primary focus of the Garden Spot of Mandeville (GSOM) cashier/retail sales associate is to provide service to our customers that exceeds their expectations. This is accomplished by being in your assigned area at all times, greeting each customer in a polite, friendly, and professional manner when they enter the shop, promptly and accurately checking out the customer and assisting the customer in retail sales purchases. The cashier/retail sales associate must ensure that each item on a customer’s ticket is accurately entered into the cash register. Attention to detail in this role is essential for a positive customer experience and for the long-term viability of GSOM.

Ticket Writer
The primary focus of the Garden Spot of Mandeville (GSOM) Ticket Writer is to provide service to our customers that exceeds their expectations. This is accomplished by being in your assigned area at all times, greeting each customer in a polite, friendly, and professional manner when they enter the yard, promptly and accurately recording customers’ items on card. Attention to detail in this role is essential for a positive customer experience and for the long-term viability of GSOM.
Cart Assistant
The primary focus of the Garden Spot of Mandeville (GSOM) Cart Assistant is to provide service to our customers that exceeds their expectations. This is accomplished by being in your assigned area at all times, greeting each customer in a polite, friendly, and professional manner when they enter the yard, promptly assisting customers when needed and assisting staff with moving flowers, plants, shrubs, etc…as necessary. Attention to detail in this role is essential for a positive customer experience and for the long-term viability of GSOM.
Outdoor Plant Sales Associate
The primary focus of the Garden Spot of Mandeville (GSOM) Sales Associate is to provide service to our customers that exceeds their expectations. This is accomplished by being in your assigned area at all times, greeting each customer in a polite, friendly, and professional manner when they enter the yard or shop, promptly assisting the customer by providing professional advice or recommendations for all purchases, assisting the customer with the design or layout of their garden at GSOM only. As necessary, assist ticket writers. Attention to detail in this role is essential for a positive customer experience and for the long-term viability of GSOM.
